Letter: Vine Restaurant owner announces a new direction

Dear Paso Robles Community,
–I want to tell everyone in this amazing community how grateful I am for the growing acceptance and support you have shown to me and to Vine Restaurant over these past few months. Many changes have already happened and a new direction is emerging as I navigate my way into a new chapter in this wonderful community; my home, that I respect and love.
I am so proud of my terrific employees who continued to deliver professional and cheerful service during some awkward moments; grateful to my hard-working vendors who are continuing to work with me during this regrouping; to my wonderful customers; to the fantastic local business people and to the many amazing people who have become my friends and new extended family.
In this new chapter, you are going to see some changes at 1218 Pine Street, Paso Robles as agreements are being finalized. The new concept is still emerging; we are even working on a new name for the restaurant. We will be temporarily closed to rebrand and renovate and will reopen, under my sole ownership, as soon as possible.
I am looking forward to the transition and I look forward to the continuing opportunity to earn the community’s respect, support, and friendship!
