Library book group to discuss ‘The Chicken Sisters’ 

– The Paso Robles City Library book group will discuss, “The Chicken Sisters” by KJ Dell’Antonia this month.

The novel, which features three generations, two chicken shacks, and a recipe for disaster, explores family secrets and the choices two sisters must make—whether to fight each other or for their heritage.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the library’s conference room. It is open to adults, and registration is required. There are 25 seats available.
