Library encourages patrons to create a 'wish list'

–The Paso Robles City Library may not be able to fulfill requests at this time, but patrons are encouraged to create a list of items they’d like to request once the library reopens.

To do this, follow these simple steps:

• Go to https://www.prcity.com/228/Library-Services and then “my library account” (on the left side)
• Log in with your 14-digit card number and password
• Click on “create new saved list” (on the left side) and then “okay”
• Give your list a name

More than one list can be created. Search the catalog as usual. “Add to list” will be an option under “where is it?” and “more information.”

Once the library reopens, library patrons will have a handy list of items they can request. Library staff is on hand to answer account inquiries and questions about creating a holds list Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Call (805) 237-3870.

Paso Robles Library cardholders are also encouraged to make use of the library’s extensive digital resources. Visit https://www.prcity.com/248/eLibrary for access to such free downloadable materials as books, movies, magazines, learning tools, and databases. For those without a current library account wishing to access digital resources, eCards are available (for ages 13 and up) through the Black Gold Cooperative Library System. Visit https://www.blackgold.org for eCard information and registration.
