Library hosts grape jelly preservation workshop
Two sessions will be offered July 11 at the Library Study Center
– The Paso Robles City Library will host two grape jelly-making classes on Saturday, July 11, at the Library Study Center.
The classes, presented in partnership with members of the University of California Cooperative Extension Master Food Preservers of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties, will be offered from 10 to 11:30 a.m. and from noon to 1:30 p.m.
Participants will learn how to make grape jelly as part of an ongoing series of food preservation classes. Organizers said class size is limited and asked attendees to register for only one session.
All ingredients and supplies will be provided, and no canning experience is required.
