Library offering adult craft class on painted decoupaged leaves
Registration opens Oct. 17
– The Paso Robles City Library will host its next Crafting with Adults class on Wednesday, Nov. 5, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Library Study Center, 3600 Oak St.
Participants will create a set of decoupaged wooden leaves from Roycycled Treasures using techniques of decoupage and antiquing with ink. The finished pieces can be used as décor or as hostess gifts for Thanksgiving.
Librarian Karen Christiansen will lead the class and provide step-by-step instruction on designing the wooden leaves with Mod Podge and Distress Ink. All supplies will be provided, and the class is geared toward beginning crafters.
Registration opens Oct. 17. Space is limited to those who register in advance.
The Crafting with Adults series is a monthly hands-on program offered by the Paso Robles City Library for adult participants interested in arts and crafts.
