Library to host payroll tax seminar

The Paso Robles City Library in partnership with the California Employment Development Department is offering a free payroll tax seminar on Thursday, May 21, 2015, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Library/City Hall Conference Room. There will be a no-host lunch break between 11:30-noon.
Topics will include:
• California payroll reporting requirements
• Independent contractor reporting requirements
• Electronic filing and payment requirements and options
• Federal payroll reporting requirements
