Local author releases book 

The book is meant to be, ‘source of spiritual renewal and encouragement’

Marilyn Deeds.

–Marilyn Ann Deeds, longtime resident of North County, teacher, artist and musician has recently published Songs from Marilyn’s Heart. Her new book is a collection of some of the many songs Deeds has written which have been so encouraging to her audience. The book is meant to be a, “source of spiritual renewal and encouragement.” In addition to her lyrics in poetic form are, “scriptural references and encouraging thoughts.”

Included in the publication are full-color photographs depicting some of Marilyn’s travels as she and her husband, Gary shared their music ministry as The Good Deeds.
