    Local boy scouts decorate downtown for Independence Day

    – Scouts from Boy Scout Troop 60 placed dozens of American Flags around downtown Paso Robles on July 4th to celebrate Independence Day. The troop is sponsored by the Paso Robles Rotary Club and displays American Flags downtown on every major holiday as a community service project.
