Owner and chef Chico Mora at his new restaurant The Catch Seafood Bar and Grill.
New restaurant name and location is The Catch
–The Catch Seafood Bar and Grill is the new kid on the block from well-known local chef Chico Mora and is just next door from his former Paso Robles restaurant Chico’s Cafe. The newly styled and expanded seafood bar and grill allows customers a first hand look at the art of food preparation from their new open kitchen, watch the chefs prepare your meal in front of your eyes and sample delicious fresh seafood, scampi, calamari, oysters, pasta, steak and lamb.
Owner and chef Chico Mora said they have a new location and a new name right next door from his former cafe. “The Catch is a way for us to expand our business and show our customers how we prepare food in our open style kitchen,” he said. “My favorite dish on the menu is the halibut or calamari.”
“I have been in the restaurant business 29 years and came to the Central Coast 22 years ago and opened Chico’s Cafe over eight years ago,” he said. “We have some loyal customers and we are a family restaurant, I have three kids and a grand baby and we like the restaurant to have a family feel.”
The new restaurant has something for everyone with dinner, lunch and brunch options, for dinner they serve a variety of seafood, steaks, lamb and pasta, for lunch seafood, salad, sandwiches and burgers. The brunch menu is a new feature with both a regular breakfast menu and brunch menu.
The Catch Seafood Bar and Grill is now open.
The Catch Seafood Bar and Grill at 836 11th St, Paso Robles is open seven days a week for lunch from 11 .a.m. to 2 .p.m. and dinner from 5 .p.m. to 9 .p.m. and Saturday and Sunday for brunch from 7 .a.m. to 2 .p.m. For reservations call (805) 239 3332.
