Local cocktail mixer company wins top national ranking
Company has expanded from farmers’ market booth to 3,000 retailers
– Yes Cocktail Co., a Paso Robles-based craft cocktail mixer company founded by husband-and-wife team Lauren Butler and Brandon Alpert, was named the number one mixer brand in the United States by USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
The annual 10Best awards recognize excellence across food, drink, and travel categories nationwide. Yes Cocktail Co. earned the top spot for its all-natural mixers and bar ingredients made with real fruit and botanicals, with no preservatives.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, Yes Cocktail Co. has grown from a local farmers market business into a nationally recognized name with more than 3,000 retailers. The company’s products include Cucumber Jalapeño Mixer, Charred Oak and Maple Syrup, and Old Fashioned Bitters-Infused Sugar Cubes.
“We’re honored and so grateful for this recognition,” said co-founder Lauren Butler. “Ten years ago, we started Yes as a small farmers’ market booth. To now be named the #1 mixer brand in America — it’s both humbling and incredibly exciting.”
The company has previously earned two Good Food Awards.

Yes Cocktail Co. welcomes visitors to its Paso Robles tasting room, open seven days a week. Visitors can take part in guided tastings, mixology classes, and a rotating menu of cocktails and mocktails.
