girl raising money for woods humane society

–A Paso Robles girl is raising money for the local humane society and has set a goal of $500.

Ten-year-old Paisley Meiners is standing out on a neighborhood corner and handing out stickers for donations to the Woods Humane Society.

“My daughter asked me if she could raise money for Woods Humane Society because they help dogs,” says Paisley’s mom, Jennifer Meiners. “Her original idea was a lemonade stand but since COVID, we decided on stickers. She sat out for an hour today holding her sign and has earned $145.80 so far in her goal of $500.”

Paisley and her mom will be out on the corner again this Saturday afternoon from noon to 2 p.m. You can find her at the intersection of Skyview Drive and Montebello Oaks Drive in Paso Robles.
