Paso Robles lending professional and Primary Residential Mortgage Inc. Branch Manager Christopher Austin recently announced that PRMI has been ranked as the 6th largest government lender in the nation.
The ranking was done by the Federal Government’s Department of Housing and Urban Development, or HUD which is the federal agency responsible for programs focused around the country’s housing needs, including developing fair housing opportunities and improving and developing communities across the country. They determined that PRMI was the 6th largest government lender in the country.
PRMI has funded more than $41 billion of mortgage loans for more than 225,000 consumers in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Currently, PRMI has over 1,900 mortgage professionals serving consumers at over 240 locations nationwide, and funds $5 billion worth of retail production each year.
