Local man wins on Let’s Make a Deal

Marc Coons of Paso Robles won $2000 on CBS TV’s game show Let’s Make A Deal.

The local mortgage broker and his friend Ryan Corbitt of San Luis Obispo dressed up like video game icons Mario and Luigi from Mario Brothers.

The costume helped Coons get picked out of the television audience to play the game. Host Wayne Brady called him up. Coons first won a 65″ big screen television, and then traded it up for a $2000 cash win.

The episode aired Friday on CBS and was originally recorded in August.
