Local music producer hits top 15 list on Sirius Radio
– Templeton local Max Styler has debuted his new album, “Aftershock,” this month, and the title track has already landed at number 15 on the top 20 tracks of the week as of last week. Styler’s four track EP was released through Dim Mak Records on July 17.
“Aftershock” is a collaboration with music artist Dev, a rapper, singer and songwriter who has several hit songs such as, “Like a G6,” “Bass Down Low.” and “In the Dark.”
“Max started producing electronic music at age 16 and has come a long way in a very short period of time,” said Max’s father Shawn Styler. He has performed all over California, Miami, Texas and Arizona. This month, Max will be flying out to Tomorrowland Belgium– the world’s largest electronic music festival– where he will hit the stage with Steve Aoki. From there he fly’s to Ibiza Spain where he will play at Pacha night club.
Styler was a graduate of Templeton Middle School and Templeton High School.
