Local photographer hosting location shooting class
Class series starts Sept. 19
– Upcoming photography class, Location Shooting with Dean Crawford, Jr., will provide students the opportunity to practice on-location shooting at various local sites throughout the county. The class is open to participants aged 18 and older.
The first and last meetings of each session will be held at Centennial Park’s White Oak Room. Saturday locations will vary and be announced during class.
The class schedule is as follows:
- Thursday, Sept. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. (White Oak Room)
- Saturday, Sept. 21, and Saturday, Sept. 28, from 2 to 6 p.m. (locations TBD)
- Monday, Oct. 7, from 6 to 8 p.m. (White Oak Room)
Participants must have a basic knowledge of their digital cameras. Those under 18 may attend with approval from the instructor.
A $20 materials fee, payable to the instructor, covers the cost of final photo prints. Returning students can receive a $5 discount by contacting the instructor for a discount code at (805) 238-0072 or discodean50@yahoo.com.
