–Paso Robles is known worldwide as a premiere AVA, especially for red wine. But one local winemaker, Dave McGee, founder of Monochrome Wines, is surpassing expectations with the only Paso Robles winery that focuses exclusively on white varietals and unorthodox blends.

Monochrome currently produces approximately 500 cases per vintage but looks to expand to 2,000 cases and has many new releases on the horizon. Read the full story here.
