Lost and found: Paso Robles Police seek owner of lost bracelet

Lost and found- Paso Robles Police seek owner of lost bracelet–This week, a community member found a lost bracelet on a walking path in Paso Robles and turned it into the Paso Robles Police Department, and now the police department is seeking to find the owner of the bracelet. “The bracelet obviously means something to the person that wore it because it has something special inscribed on it,” wrote the PRPD in a Facebook Post. “If you are the owner of this bracelet, please come see us so we can reunite you with your bracelet,” they encourage.

The police department says they want to ensure any found items are returned to the rightful owner, however, they are unable to assist if the owner of the item doesn’t file a lost property report. Found property is held for a period of 90 days. If unclaimed, the property is sent for destruction or donated to a charitable organization per department policy in accordance with California law.

To make a report for a lost item, visit the PRCity.com website (Government > Police Department > Services) and complete the “File a Police Report” or come on down to the station and make a report. prcity.com/671/File-a-Police-Report

To report an item that someone may have lost, please bring it to the Paso Robles Police Dept. for safekeeping. Reasonable efforts will be made to return found property and evidence that has been authorized for release, to the rightful owner. To claim lost property, one must provide proof of ownership and present a valid photo ID.
