Love my library contest winners announces
–The Paso Robles City Library celebrated National Library Week with a “Libraries Transform” social media campaign. Between April 9-15, participants took a selfie —or had someone else take a photo—with a statement about why they love the library. Participants who shared their photo on the Library’s Facebook page qualified for a chance to win a fabulous prize generously donated by the Ravine Waterpark— four One-Day Admission Tickets to the park. Norma Holguin and Arabela Soto were the happy winners!
Since 1958, the American Library Association has sponsored a national observance of libraries. This year’s theme highlights the changing roles of libraries, librarians, and library workers and celebrates the many ways libraries transform their communities through services, programs, and invaluable expertise.
The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday – Friday 10-8, and Saturday 10-5. For more information on library programs and events, call (805) 237-3870 or visit the library website.
