LXV offering Valentine aprhrodisiac pairings
Pairings will be offered all weekend and Monday
–In honor of Valentine’s Day, LXV Wine will be offering “aphrodisiac pairings” all through the weekend, including Monday. The pairings, like LXV, are inspired by the Kama Sutra.
The Kama Sutra is perhaps the world’s oldest text on aphrodisiacs, according to LXV owner Neeta Mittal. Originally compiled in the 3rd century, its title, Kama Sutra, means “a treatise on pleasure.” In actuality the book is a sort of lifestyle guide covering many aspects of living.
The pairings will include adventurous bites such as absinthe popcorn, honey comb, bone marrow, provencal olives and fine cheeses, paired with LXV’s romantically named wines such as “Heart Note.”
