‘Maker Monday’ at the library happening Monday, Jan. 27

–On Monday, Jan. 27, 4-5 p.m., children ages 7-12 are invited to create their own handheld winter wonderland.

“In our Maker Monday Series, we encourage young learners to question the world around them in ways that develop critical thinking skills, while digging in and getting their hands dirty,” says Youth Services Librarian Melissa Bailey, “Maker Mondays is one of my favorite classes to teach because we love to get messy and the children always come up with a way to do the project!”

The program is free but limited to the first 30 participants. Free admission tickets are available at the Children’s Desk beginning at 3:30 p.m. the day of the program. For more information about Maker Mondays, contact Melissa Bailey at mbailey@prcity.com or visit www.prcity.com/library.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday – Friday 10-8, and Saturday 10-5. For more information on library programs and events, call (805) 237-3870 or visit www.prcity.com/library.
