Man arrested for burglary, drug charges

    William Clemons.

–On July 26, at approximately 3:28 a.m., Paso Robles Police Officers were patrolling in the area of the 3000 block of Combine Street in the City of Paso Robles. This is an area of commercial businesses and new construction. Officers located a parked vehicle in the area that appeared to have just arrived. The vehicle was unoccupied, but there were several spools of copper electrical wire that were partially hidden in the rear seat.
