Man arrested in Morro Bay for drug possession, driving under the influence
40-year-old Kenneth Clark Wiedemann of Morro Bay.
–Tuesday night at 8:44 p.m., Morro Bay Police officers were dispatched to a business in the 900 block of Morro Bay Blvd regarding a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted 40-year-old Kenneth Clark Wiedemann of Morro Bay. Wiedemann reportedly showed signs of being under the influence of an intoxicant. A field sobriety test was conducted and determined Wiedemann had recently used and was still under the influence of a controlled substance. Officers also determined that Wiedemann had been operating his motor vehicle while impaired.
A search of Wiedemann’s vehicle yielded drug paraphernalia, heroin weighing approximately 20.6 grams and Methamphetamine weighing approximately 26.5 grams.
Wiedemann was arrested for the violations and booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
