Paso Robles man arrested for San Miguel shooting
On Saturday, detectives from the San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office made an arrest in the shooting that occurred in San Miguel on Friday, March 6. Jorge Alejandro Reyes, 28, of Paso Robles was taken into custody for the shooting without incident and booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, and others.
Bail has been set at $100,000.00. This shooting appears to be an isolated incident, investigators said in a press release. The investigation is continuing. No further information will be released at this time.
Man shot in San Miguel
Original report: On Friday at about 2:30 pm, San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a 911 call of a shooting victim in the mobile home park located in the 700 block of River Road, San Miguel.
Upon arrival Deputies located an adult male victim who was suffering from a single gunshot wound to the leg. The victim was transported by ambulance to a local hospital and treated for a non-life threatening injury. The victim’s identity is not being released by authorities.
At this time the investigation indicates this is an isolated incident. There have been no arrests and the investigation is continuing. No further information is being released at this time.
