MCV Wines hosting spring events

During the winemaker’s dinner, guests will sample six of the winery’s new spring wine releases, each paired with a culinary creation by Chef Mike Zimmerle of Knife+Fork.

– The public is invited to celebrate the light and energy of spring this year at MCV Wines in the Tin City Annex of Paso Robles.

During their Spring Winemaker’s Dinner on April 2 at 6 p.m., guests will sample six of the winery’s new spring wine releases, each paired with a culinary creation by Chef Mike Zimmerle of Knife+Fork.

New for this event: reserve a private table for 6 to 10 people and enjoy special pricing. The event can accommodate food allergies and restrictions (let them know by March 25). The cost for the dinner is  $130 for wine club and library club members; includes tax and gratuity, or $150 for non-members; includes tax and gratuity. The following day on April 3 at 1 p.m., the winery will be hosting a Spring Wine Release Party. The winery invites the public to “experience a fun wine club event, without joining a wine club.”

They will be pouring several of their new releases, from sauvignon blanc and rose to mourvedre and their signature petite sirah. The cost of this event is $50 for non-members, free for members.

Teddy with Bury Me in Pizza will be serving up wood-fired pizzas. (Gluten-free crust available with prior notice.)
