Mid-State Fair daily schedule for Thursday, July 17

Jon Pardi July 17 California Mid-State Fair

Jon Pardi, with special guest Callie Twisselman, entertain on the Chumash Grandstand Arena

Jon Pardi “kicked open the door to his next musical chapter” with his single, “Friday Night Heartbreaker,” from his latest album, “Honkytonk Hollywood,” released in April 2025. With four Top 5 albums, Pardi’s reputation for punchy, against-the-wind bravado has only grown. Never afraid to break from the pack, fourteen RIAA-certified singles feature six No. Ones (like the back-to-back 6xPlatinum “Head Over Boots” and “Dirt On My Boots”), and with years of blue-collar barnstorming behind him, the California native has earned international headlining acclaim. In 2023, Pardi made history as the first California native inducted into the Grand Ole Opry, with Alan Jackson extending the invitation and Garth Brooks officiating. After headlining shows in the US and Australia including CMC Rocks this spring, the multi-platinum country star and “spirited entertainer, with infectious energy” (Star Tribune) will kicked off his HONKYTONK HOLLYWOOD TOUR on April 25, and landing on stage at the California Mid-State Fair.

Local favorite, and special guest Callie Twisselman, brings her SLO County home-grown talent to the California Mid-State Fair again.

Concert starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Chumash Grandstand Arena.
