Anniversary celebration planned for August 22

– Midnight Cellars Winery is celebrating its 20th anniversary in Paso Robles. Established in 1995 by the Hartenberger Family, the winery has been a part of Paso Robles wine country’s stellar growth in popularity by producing award winning wines indicative of the region. On Saturday, Aug. 22 Midnight Cellars Winery will hold an anniversary celebration to commemorate their 20 years in business.

This westside estate winery produces wines from the Willow Creek District of Paso Robles. Twenty eight acres of hilly, rocky, limestone-rich and south facing slopes are dedicated to growing quality, low-yield, sustainably farmed Bordeaux grapes. The Hartenberger Family began their winery in May 1995 after a family vacation to northern California wine country.

“What started as a light hearted challenge to my dad to buy a winery after retirement, turned into Midnight Cellars being the twenty-ninth winery in Paso,” said Winemaker and Owner of Midnight Cellars Winery Richard Hartenberger. “It has been an amazing journey for my family and this celebration is about great wine and this great community that we live in.”

The anniversary celebration will be held at the Tasting Room at 2925 Anderson Road, Paso Robles on Saturday, Aug. 22, beginning at 12:30 p.m.
