Four fires reported off of Highway 101 back up traffic for miles

All fires contained by Tuesday evening

–A total of 4 fires from San Anselmo to Exline road on Highway 101 were reported yesterday. The fires sparked at around 3-3:30 p.m. All fires forward spread was stopped and the fires were extinguished by Tuesday evening. Heavy traffic was reported in the area.

Cal Fire currently has engines responding along with Atascadero Fire and Paso Robles City Fire departments to multiple vegetation fires that have sparked along Highway 101. Multiple fires have been reported from Vineyard Drive to Camp Roberts.
