Neuro Fitness Program coming to Kennedy Club Fitness

Kennedy Club Fitness Paso Robles and Atascadero will soon be offering a new program designed to help those who are living with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular and Autoimmune conditions.

Neuro Fitness participants will receive individualized exercise guidance and weekly group fitness classes that incorporate strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Personal Trainer, Natalie Cooks, has an M.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and ten years of experience in health and fitness including Cardiac Rehab, Physical Therapy, Medically-based exercise programming and health coaching.

Says Cooks, ‘There are so many people suffering from these conditions and it is rewarding to see improvements in just a few short weeks.” The Neuro Fitness program is six weeks in length and includes complete club access for those who are not currently members of Kennedy Club Fitness.
