New neighborhood opens sales at Vinedo in Paso Robles

Model homes now open for tours at Vinedo development

    – Trumark Homes announced the opening of Morada, a new neighborhood within the Vinedo master-planned community in Paso Robles.

The development includes 61 single-family homes, with sales recently launching and three model homes now available for tours.

“Paso Robles is an exceptional locale, and our team looks forward to introducing homebuyers to the residences and lifestyle offered at Morada and the master-planned community of Vinedo,” said Josh Peterson, Central California division president at Trumark Homes. “Every detail of the homes has been thoughtfully designed to balance contemporary features with the surrounding tranquility and open spaces to suit a variety of styles and needs.”

The homes feature Modern Farmhouse, Wine Country, and Progressive Spanish architectural styles. Floor plans range from 1,408 to 2,678 square feet and include two to four bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and two- to three-car garages.

Three of the four floor plans also offer optional accessory dwelling units. Prices start in the high $600,000s, according to the company.

Morada is located within the 280-acre Vinedo community built by Shea Homes. Planned amenities include the Farmstand, a pool house, Olsen Creek Park, Oak Knoll Park, The Vines & Meadowlark Park, and The Overlook recreation center.

The Farmstand currently operates as an information and sales center and is planned to later become a farmstand and community-supported agriculture office with two private recreation centers.

The Overlook recreation center overlooks Turtle Creek Park and includes an event barn, spa, outdoor bar, clubhouse, and fitness center. The community also includes parks with pickleball courts, tennis courts, and a dog park.

Vinedo features 48 acres of parks and more than eight miles of hiking and biking trails.

“Morada was designed with community at its core, where shared spaces and neighborhood gatherings will naturally encourage residents to connect, reflecting the type of community we know people will love,” Peterson said. “We look forward to identifying more opportunities to build in master-planned communities as we continue our strategic growth in the Central Coast region.”

More information is available at Morada at Vinedo.
