New Paso Robles restaurant brings Sinaloa flavors to Spring Street
One of a Kind Restaurant serves birria, fish tacos, menudo
– The Garcia family has opened One of a Kind Restaurant, a new culinary destination bringing Sinaloa-inspired flavors to Paso Robles. Located at 2524 Spring St., the former site of Foster Freeze, the family-owned restaurant has expanded from its beginnings as a local food truck to a permanent establishment offering a casual, window-order dining experience. The owners, Eliza and Enrique Garcia, are joined by their daughter and manager, Yahaira Garcia, who oversees the restaurant’s daily operations.
One of a Kind Restaurant features traditional Sinaloense dishes, including slow-cooked birria and the restaurant’s popular quesabirrias. The menu also includes fish tacos and birria soup, each served with homemade tortillas. Breakfast options include breakfast burritos, allowing diners to start the day with a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine.
The restaurant’s drink offerings include homemade horchata and jamaica. On weekends, the restaurant serves menudo, a traditional Mexican soup, adding a weekend brunch or lunch option.
The restaurant operates Tuesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is closed on Mondays. Customers are invited to order at the window and enjoy their meal at this new Paso Robles dining spot.
