Nickerson Drive to close at Creston for Creston Road project
Closure will be in effect 24/7 starting Dec. 23 and ending Jan. 3.
– The City of Paso Robles will temporarily close Nickerson Drive at Creston Road to all traffic from Dec. 23 through Jan. 3 to allow for the installation of a concrete cross gutter at the intersection. The closure is part of the Creston Road Corridor project and has been scheduled during the school holiday to reduce disruption.
The closure will be in effect 24/7 starting Dec. 23 and ending Jan. 3. All traffic will be rerouted via Bolen Drive, and detour signs will be posted to guide drivers along the route. The city is encouraging motorists to plan their routes accordingly, allow for extra travel time, and respect neighborhood residents by avoiding speeding through the detour.
The Paso Robles Public Works Department stated that this project aims to improve road infrastructure for long-term safety and reliability.
