Lazer Star Lights introduces night harvest LED tower lights

Night harvesting just got more efficient and more affordable with a new Night Harvest LED Tower designed and sold by Lazer Star Lights of Paso Robles. The unique tower attaches to a Category 2, 3-point hitch on farm tractors and connects to stock electrical systems, running off the stock alternator in most applications.

The light tower utilizes the latest in LED lighting technology offering 560 total watts, and 84,000 raw Lumen, with the ability to light up approximately five vineyard rows.

The tower features height and width adjustability ranging from 10-feet tall by 5-feet wide while collapsed to nearly 14-feet tall by 10-feet wide at full expansion. The light tower package includes a free-standing storage base, forklift pickup points, and a yellow powder coat finish. Additional accessories include detachable water cooler holder and 30watt LED driving and bin lights.

Jordan Lonborg, the vineyard manager at Tablas Creek, says, “Improved working conditions for our crews is important to us, better light quality helps with fatigue and utilizing the tractor charging system eliminates loud generators creating a more cohesive work environment. The tower is easy to adjust and can be done in the field as topography changes.”

Lucas Pope, vineyard manager at Halter Ranch, says, “Our first 6 weeks we saved thousands on payroll alone by eliminating extra equipment and reallocating employees”

Production is limited for the 2018 harvest, but the company is taking orders now for August delivery. Lazer Star Lights is located at 2734 Danely Ct., in Paso Robles. For more information, call (805) 226-8200.
