‘A Night for the Nutcracker’ to benefit annual production

“A Night for the Nutcracker” gala fundraiser is happening on Oct. 27, to raise money for the North County Dance and Performing Arts Center. It will take place at the beautiful Le Vigne Winery at 6 p.m.
Enjoy a festive night in the Le Vigne Winery barrel room located in beautiful Paso Robles wine country. The gala will feature a champagne welcome reception including a variety of passed hors-d’oeuvres and gourmet cheese stations, a silent auction with exciting offerings such as a trip to Tuscany and one-of-a-kind themed baskets, music by DJ Sparrow, dinner presented by Paso Catering Company and a Land of Sweets live dessert auction.
Your hosts for the evening will be the talented and charming Nutcracker dancers. Take a photo by the Stahlbaum Christmas Tree with Clara & Fritz and be enchanted as the Sugar Plum Fairy performs a selection of her world-famous variation. Other memorable and entertaining characters will make appearances for photo opportunities and vignette performances throughout the night.
Premium themed VIP tables of eight, as well as general seating, are available. Proceeds benefit the North County Dance and Performing Foundation (NCDPAF) and their production of The Nutcracker Ballet, a holiday tradition in our community for over 20 years.

First course
Pumpkin ravioli with light cream, wine and fresh sage
Second Course
Your choice of one of the following and accompanied by a seasonal vegetable
- Braciolle-stuffed flank steak with herbs and parmesan cheese
- Chicken breast with orange tarragon pan sauce
- Harvest galette of winter squash, pomegranate seeds with ricotta wrapped in free form pastry crust
Ticket price includes champagne during the welcome reception. Award-winning Le Vigne wines will be available to purchase by the glass and bottle. Premium VIP tables receive two bottles of wine.
The North County Dance and Performing Arts Foundation (NCDPAF) is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to preserving and promoting the performing arts in northern San Luis Obispo County for over 20 years. They provide education, scholarships and opportunities to participate in the performing arts for the youth in our community. These programs, which include their Ballet and Jazz Performing Companies, help to build character, self esteem, confidence, physical fitness, talent and teamwork. Since the foundation’s inception, they have worked at keeping the arts thriving through various performances which have included The Nutcracker Ballet, Alice in Wonderland, Dream Catcher, Let It Be and The Magical Tale of Cinderella.
