Obituary for Kenneth Dale Mulvaney

–Kenneth Dale Mulvaney, of Paso Robles, passed away on Feb. 24, 2019. Ken was born Sept. 19, 1929 to Basil and Elma Mulvaney in Los Angeles, CA, where he was the eldest of three children. He attended Van Nuys High School where he was a track star and an all around athlete. After high school Ken joined the Navy and served our country. When Ken completed his service in the Navy, he started a roofing company in the Los Angeles area and started a family. His favorite activities were water skiing, snow skiing (which he learned in his sixties), and basketball.

Ken originally found Paso Robles as a result of visiting a friend in the area. Not knowing at the time this would become his home with his future family, Ken moved to Paso Robles in 1979. Ken was a devoted Christian and belonged to the First Baptist Church in Paso Robles. Ken leaves behind a living legacy of family and friends, all throughout California, that he cared for deeply and often reflected upon as weakness set in toward his later years.

A Celebration of Ken’s life has been planned for June, 7, 2019, in the Southern California area. Please email: kmulvaneymemorial@yahoo.com for details regarding the get together.
