– Cynthia Marie Scarborough, born November 18, 1961, age 64, passed away on January 25, 2026, after a long battle with kidney disease.
Cindy was born in King City, California, to Oris and Carol Scarborough. She grew up alongside her brother, Oris Allen Scarborough, and her sisters, Robyn Francis and Stephanie Giudici.
Cindy had a deep love for writing letters and spent countless hours swapping recipes and coupons as an avid pen pal. She loved to bake, create crafts, and spent most of her days reading and writing. Gifted with a photographic memory, Cindy was kind, resilient, and shy, with a special love for animals.
Cindy found comfort in collecting things others overlooked-a quiet way of holding onto the world.
Cindy is survived by her mother, Carol Ann Scarborough of Green Forest, AR, sister and brother-in-law, Robyn and Robert Francis of Paso Robles, CA, and sister, Stephanie Scarborough Giudici, of Stanford Montana, along with many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Oris Ray Scarborough; her beloved brother, Oris Allen Scarborough; her sister-in-law, Pamela Jean Scarborough; and her nephew, Austin Allan Giudici.
The family will be holding a graveside celebration of life, with details to be announced at a later date. Cindy will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
