    Obituary of Richard Andrew 'Bulldog' Sklarski, Jr., 65

    Richard Andrew ‘Bulldog’ Sklarski, Jr.

    December 20, 1958 – July 14, 2024
    U.S. Veteran

    – Richard Andrew Sklarski, Jr., “Bulldog”, age 65, of Paso Robles, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024. He was born December 20, 1958, in Oak Park, IL.

    He grew up in Illinois and attended McHenry High School. Served in the U.S. Army and has resided in San Luis Obispo County for 20+ years. Richard had been an Ironworker most of his life but most recently the owner/installer of Eagle Hardwood Flooring.

    Richard enjoyed fishing, camping, riding his Harley, spending time with family and friends, rafting, and watching old movies. He was a Paso Robles Moose Lodge Member, and Porch Monkeys Harley Group member, and volunteered as Santa for the Jaycees; Toys for Tots, and the Boys and Girls Club.

    He is survived by his children Amanda Sklarski, and Richard A. Sklarski, III, and his wife, Kimberly; 3 granddaughters and 2 grandsons; sisters, Mellody A. Annerino, and Debbie D. Wofford and her husband, Michael; 5 nieces, 3 nephews, 6 great nieces, and 5 great nephews.

    Richard is preceded in death by his parents, Richard A. Sklarski, Sr., and Myrna D. Young; sister, Sheree L. Walter; brother, Marcus A. Sklarski; stepfather, Edward C. Young; and niece, Aayla J. Reyes.
