Sheila Buggy Brewen was born on Dec. 19, 1932, at War Memorial Hospital in Paso Robles.
– Sheila Buggy Brewen passed away Feb. 28, 2022, after an intensive hospitalization for COVID-19. Sheila was a native of San Luis Obispo County, born on Dec. 19, 1932, at War Memorial Hospital in Paso Robles.
Sheila is survived by her loving family, son Howard Brewen,(wife Delonna) of San Miguel and daughter Laura Carter (husband Paul) of McArthur, Calif. Sheila’s pride and joy were her granddaughters Heather Carter of Paso Robles and Shareesa Carter of Chico, Calif. She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and many nephews and nieces. Sheila is preceded in death by her husband Joe Brewen, son Kevin Brewen, and brothers Michael and Dermott Buggy.
