Old Dominion to perform at Mid-State Fair

Dasha and Annie Bosko to open concert at Paso Robles Event Center
– The California Mid-State Fair announced that Old Dominion will perform on Wednesday, July 15, at 7 p.m. as part of the Michelob Ultra Concert Series in the Chumash Grandstand Arena at the Paso Robles Event Center. Special guests Dasha and Annie Bosko will open the show.
Tickets go on sale Friday, March 13, at 10 a.m. Ticket prices are $70, $80, $90, $110, and $120. Tickets are available online only. Fans must begin their purchase at MidStateFair.com, which links directly to the official ticketing provider.
Old Dominion has released multiple singles that reached No. 1 on country radio and has recorded more than six billion on-demand streams. The band has received multiple Recording Industry Association of America Platinum and Gold single certifications and has performed in arenas and amphitheaters internationally.
The band has received the Academy of Country Music “Group of the Year” award eight times and the Country Music Association “Group of the Year” award seven consecutive times.
In August, Old Dominion released its sixth studio album, “Barbara,” a 13-track project that blends melodic, guitar-driven songs with themes of life and relationships.
Dasha, who was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, has written more than 1,000 songs. Her single “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’)” reached 50-times platinum certification and became one of the most-streamed country songs of 2024. The song received the Female Song of 2024 award at the People’s Choice Country Awards and made Dasha the second solo female country act to reach one billion streams on a single song.
She has performed at Stagecoach, Austin City Limits, the Country Music Association Festival, and the Country Music Television Awards. She also performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Dick Clark’s Rockin’ New Year’s Eve broadcast. Dasha released the extended play “Anna” and plans to release a second country record in 2026.
Annie Bosko, who grew up in California’s Central Valley, released her debut album “California Cowgirl” through QHMG and Stone Country Records. The 19-song album includes collaborations with Darius Rucker, Dwight Yoakam, and Joe Nichols.
Bosko’s single “Crooked Halo” received airplay on SiriusXM and Country Music Television. Rolling Stone Country named her an Artist to Watch. She made her late-night television debut on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” with the song “Neon Baby,” her first single to chart on country radio.
Bosko has written songs recorded by Willie Nelson and Jessica Simpson and has toured with Tim McGraw, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton.
The California Mid-State Fair will run July 15 through July 26 at the Paso Robles Event Center and will feature concerts, exhibits, carnival rides, livestock competitions, and other events. Additional concerts and event details will be announced in the coming months.
