During this free ‘locals’ guest day, all locations offer the popular Family Swim and Pool Party, music, a variety of classes, special events, demonstrations, along with family fun for all ages. Kidz Club, for infants up to 10 years of age will engage children in special crafts, games and entertainment allowing parents and older children to participate in the many age-appropriate activities. New this year is the unveiling of the new ‘K-Zone Body Recovery/Relaxation Centers in each location. Says Kevin Kennedy, owner of Kennedy Club Fitness, “We live in a face-paced world and many activities we do, or even the stress of our everyday life, works to tear our bodies down. The fitness industry is focusing on not only improving our strength, endurance and agility with fitness, but to repair, restore and refresh our bodies with attention to recovery. Each Club has different recovery modules such as HydroMassage, Compression Massage Chairs, Infra-red Red-Fit or Cocoons and more. We invite our members and the local public to try for free on Open House.” Special joining and renewal incentives are also part of this year’s Open House.
