Join your friends and neighbors on Sunday, Sept. 7 for a fun night of film, fun, and general hi-jinks as the Paso Robles Main Street folks host their Pajama Movie Night with a showing of the 1963 classic The Great Escape starrring Steve McQueen, James Garner, Charles Bronson and Richard Attenbough.

Based on a true story, a group of allied escape artist-type prisoners-of-war find themselves together in a supposed escape-proof camp. The first half of the film is played for comedy as the prisoners mostly outwit their jailers to dig the escape tunnel; the second half is high adventure as they use boats, trains and planes to get out of occupied Europe.

The event starts at at 7 p.m. at the Park Cinemas, located at 1100 Pine St. in downtown Paso Robles, and early arrival is recommended for best seating options. Popcorn, soda, fun and prizes included with ticket purchase; pajamas are optional!

Tickets for the event are $10 per person; seating is limited and early purchase is recommended. Stop by the Paso Robles Main Street office at 835 12th St. Suite D or call (805) 238-4103 to purchase will-call tickets with a credit card.
