Paso High to present ‘The Big Spring Show’ at Templeton PAC
– Following a joint performance of “Baba Yetu” earlier this year, the Paso Robles High School music department will return to the stage with a spring concert.
The Big Spring Show will be held May 15 at the Templeton Performing Arts Center, with performances scheduled for 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets are available at TempletonPAC.org/events.
The concert will feature Forte, the school’s advanced choir; the Crimson Collective Singers; and the Jazz and Concert Bands. The program will conclude with a combined performance by choir and band of “O Fortuna.”
The repertoire will include “MacArthur Park,” “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest,” “Walk Out on the Water,” and “Singkap Siaga.”
The Jazz and Concert Bands include students in grades 9–12. Forte is the school’s auditioned choir, and the Crimson Collective Singers are a select ensemble of vocalists.
The Paso Robles High School music department said the concert follows a year of preparation and performance.
