Paso Market Walk welcomes ‘In Bloom’ restaurant as flagship merchant

– Paso Market Walk, a new destination for shopping, dining, and gathering slated to open April 2020, recently announced the addition of a new flagship merchant In Bloom restaurant.
In Bloom is the latest project of Chris Haisma, Nicole Haisma, Levi Lupercio and Lisa Hemmat-Lupercio, restaurateurs with operations in Chicago, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. In Bloom will have a “laid-back vibe with an energetic feel offering warm hospitality, great food and drink presented in a shared plate style of dining, with rock-n-roll being played on the house turntable,” according to the Market Walk team. The menu will be traditional California cuisine with an “emphasis on supporting local farms & farmers and features a beverage program with a thoughtfully curated wine list, local beers, and CBD craft cocktails.”
Additional restaurants of the group include: Clever Rabbit in Chicago; Lido di Manhattan in Manhattan Beach; and Playa Hermosa Fish & Oyster in Hermosa Beach.
“Levi Lupercio has been visiting Paso Robles most of his life and collectively, the entire team have been visiting for over a decade,” said Chris Haisma. “Throughout that time we have created great friendships and a dedicated love for the area. Opening a restaurant in Paso Robles has been a dream and a topic of discussion as long as I can remember and the stars finally aligned to make it happen with the opening of Paso Market Walk. We couldn’t be more excited to contribute to the tremendous growth we’ve witnessed firsthand there over the years.”

Paso Market Walk merchants already announced include FINCA, Hog Canyon Brewing, Joebella Coffee, Just Baked Cake Studio & Bakery, Leo Leo Gelato, Momotaro Ramen, Montello Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting Room, Paso Wine Merchant, The Juice Box Paso and The Donut Box Paso, The Poisoned Apple, The Vreamery, and Third Degree, an American grill by Berry Hill.
