CABs of Distinction Grand Tasting event slated for Oct. 14
Annual celebration features cabernet sauvignon and red Bordeaux varietals
– On Friday, October 14, the Paso Robles CAB (Cabernet And Bordeaux) Collective, or PRCC, will hold its annual CABs of Distinction Grand Tasting, bringing consumers face-to-face with acclaimed producers of over 75 different cabernet and red Bordeaux varietals from Paso Robles. The event will take place at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort, from 4 to 6 p.m.
At the CABs of Distinction Grand Tasting, guests will be treated to tastings of the finest Cabernet and red Bordeaux-blend wines the region has to offer, accompanied by live music and small bites prepared by Executive Chef Eric Olson of Cello Ristorante & Bar.
