Paso Robles Christmas Light Parade set for Dec. 7
Entry deadline for the parade has been extended to Nov. 19
– The 63rd annual Christmas Light Parade in downtown Paso Robles will take place Dec. 7, starting at 6 p.m. This year’s parade theme, “Sleigh Bells Ring, Are You Listening,” is sponsored by H & R Block and Bank of the Sierra.
The parade marks Santa Claus’ arrival in downtown Paso Robles, where he will visit with residents at the Holiday House in the downtown city park until Christmas Eve. Santa’s visiting hours are posted at the Holiday House and on the Paso Robles Main Street Association’s website at pasoroblesdowntown.org.
The parade route begins at 6 p.m., moving north on Spring Street from 10th Street to 14th Street, turning east to Park Street, and looping around the downtown city park on Pine Street before reaching 11th Street.
The entry deadline for the parade has been extended to Nov. 19. Applications are available at the Downtown Paso Robles Main Street Association office at 835 12th Street, Suite D, or online at pasoroblesdowntown.org. For more information, contact the Main Street office at (805) 238-4103.
The Christmas Light Parade offers cash prizes of $100, $50, and $25, as well as ribbons for winning entries.
