Paso Robles City Library offering free tax assistance 

–The Paso Robles City Library is partnering with AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) Tax Aide to provide free basic income tax return preparation assistance on Saturdays, beginning Feb 3.

“In addition,” said Adult Services Librarian Karen Christiansen,” if you are looking for a particular tax form, chances are the Paso Robles City Library can help. The library is one of the few places you can go for assistance with both federal and state tax forms. We also carry instruction booklets for the most common forms, and reference desk staff can assist with accessing and printing forms from websites.”

To schedule an appointment for Saturday tax preparation assistance call the library, (805) 237-3870, beginning Jan 16. Available time slots fill fast so call early.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Mon-Fri from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and Sat 10 a.m.-5 p.m. For more information about library programs and events call (805) 237-3870 or visit the library website.
