Paso Robles City Library to host ChatGPT workshop
Event is free, but space is limited and registration is required
– The Paso Robles City Library will host “Intro to ChatGPT,” a one-hour workshop on Sept. 10 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the library conference room.
The session will provide an introduction to artificial intelligence, with live demonstrations of ChatGPT, examples of effective prompts, and guidance on how AI can assist with tasks such as trip planning, professional email drafts, and creative brainstorming. Participants are encouraged to bring a phone or tablet for optional interaction.
“I’m honored to share some of the latest advances in AI and ChatGPT. With ChatGPT-5, users have so much more at their fingertips—from getting more detailed answers to building websites and even simple games. It’s truly a unique time to be touching technology,” said Albert Qian, who will lead the workshop.
The program will also cover safety, privacy, and ethics basics, and attendees will receive resources for continued learning.
