Paso Robles City Library to host wine tasting event

Participants will learn the ‘5 S’s’ of wine tasting

– The Paso Robles City Library will host Wine Tasting 101, an educational event featuring local vintner Chris Kern of PasoSecco, on April 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Participants will learn the five S’s of wine tasting and gain a deeper understanding of concepts such as tannins, dryness, and oak influence in local wines. The event will include wine samples, and all wines, glasses and service will be provided.

The class is open to individuals 21 and older. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Registration is required and will be open from April 11 to 25.
