    – Paso Robles High School principal Megan Fletcher was arrested Monday morning on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to the Paso Robles Police Department.

On Nov. 10 at about 9:04 a.m., the department’s School Resource Officer was contacted by Paso Robles Joint Unified School District staff regarding a possible employee under the influence of alcohol.

The officer responded to the school’s office and contacted staff member Megan Fletcher. After an investigation, police determined Fletcher had driven to the location while under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to the Paso Robles Police Department for processing.

Fletcher was later released following booking. Police said no one was injured and no traffic collisions occurred as a result of the incident.

The Paso Robles Police Department and the school district said they are continuing to work together to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff.

Just trying to understand. She drove safely to work. Got accused of being drunk. Got arrested for a DUI? Just because I’m drunk now doesn’t mean I was drunk then. More to this story.. Hallmark already bought the movie rights.

Life ain’t always easy – maybe she just was having a ‘bad’ day and didn’t feel like sober was the way to go. Don’t we all have those type of days?

Being under the influence at 9AM while at work is in itself damning.

Sexist story. If she were a man it would be an innocent breakfast beer. Who doesn’t enjoy an occasional breakfast beer, or 6?
