Macbeth to begin role July 13 at Paso Robles High School
– Paso Robles Joint Unified School District announced the appointment of Amie Macbeth as deputy principal of Paso Robles High School.
Macbeth brings more than 20 years of experience in advancing student-centered learning. She has worked across Pre-K through 12th-grade school systems, with a focus on instruction and curriculum development.
“I am eager to join a school community where my expertise can be both utilized and challenged,” Macbeth said. “I look forward to growing as an educational leader alongside colleagues who share my profound passion for student success and excellence. My goal is to listen, learn, and collaborate to ensure we create academic systems that effectively serve our students, families, and all stakeholders.”
The deputy principal position replaces a former assistant principal role. The district states the change allows it to attract candidates with experience in instructional leadership and establishes a chain of command when the principal is off-site.
In the role, Macbeth will work with administration, faculty, and staff to continue instructional programs at the high school. She will begin July 13.
