Paso Robles is updating its noise regulations
–The City of Paso Robles City Council will hold a public hearing on Nov. 5, at 6:30 p.m. to consider an update to the General Plan Noise Element and proposed Noise Ordinance. This is the first time the council will review the proposed regulations, however, the Paso Robles Planning Commission previously held a series of public workshops over the last year which commenced with a Public Hearing on Aug. 27, 2019. At that meeting, the planning commission voted 7-0 to recommend that the city council approve both the noise element update and new noise ordinance.
Any interested person may attend the meeting and be heard or present written comments to the city council at or prior to the conclusion of the public hearing.
